Availability of products

The products of positaneries.com indicate the actual availability of the product to size and color. Defective product

When the payment is credited to us, the package will be shipped within one week.

Payment by bank transfer

Timing and method of delivery

POSITANERIES will send to the products  by selected  courier DHL, SDA, UPS, FEDEX, etc.
The delivery takes place, for the purchase of products, the address indicated by the consumer in the portal registration form, in the manner indicated in the same order form.
Delivery timesdepends on the courier usually within 3/5 days from the time of departure of the order to from POSITANERIES.

Conditions and terms of delivery other than those provided in the GENERAL CONDITIONS must be agreed between the consumer and POSITANERIES and accepted in writing by the latter. The tax documentation (invoice and / or DDT) is released by POSITANERIES.

To comply with the administrative and bureaucratic burdens, during communication of personal data on the portal, the consumer is required to enter the mandatory landline or mobile phone number, if the same can be retrieved if necessary. positaneries.com ships to Italy and worldwide, with SDA and UPS couriers.

Shipping time

Orders are shipped from POSITANERIES from  Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.

  • Italy: normally shipping takes ½ days. In exceptional cases the waiting time can be longer.
  • Europe and Rest of World: usually shipping will take a maximum of 3/6 working days (except for customs formalities).

Order status

As soon as the goods leave our warehouse you will receive an informative email with confirmation of dispatch where you can find the TRACKING NUMBER used to check online for the delivery status of your package. Tracing through this number becomes active after about 2 working days after confirmation of shipment.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO KNOW WHERE IS YOUR PACKAGE:

  • THROUGH THE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION MAIL: in the shipping confirmation email, you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the link TRACKING.
  • THROUGH THE SITE OF THE COURIER: the site of the courier only enter the customer’s neck ID code (found in the shipment confirmation email) and click on SEARCH to view the current status of delivery.

Lost parcel

If you do not receive the goods within a week from the email confirmation shipment, please let our customer service by sending an email to [email protected]
A shipment is possible only to physical addresses.

Treatment of parcels not delivered by our courier

It is the parcels that have not been delivered to the ultimate recipient for any of the following reasons: DESTINATION UNKNOWN, NOT CLAIM REFUSED, DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, TAMPERING. parcels refund because:

  • DESTINATION UNKNOWN FAULT OR ADDRESS

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, POSITANERIES contacts the consumer to resend the order if the product is still available or make a refund, depending on the choice of the customer (shipping costs are charged to the consumer including, where required, taxes and customs duties) .POSITANERIES reserves the right to make a refund (excluding shipping charges and added, where required, of taxes and customs duties) rather than to a new shipment of the order if detected several consignments sent back to the sender with unknown recipient.
  • ABSENT / ADVISED
    It is the parcels that have not been withdrawn by the customer at the post office or at the point of delivery on time. Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, POSITANERIES contact the consumer to resend the order if the product is still available or make a refund, depending on the choice of the customer (shipping costs are charged to the consumer including, where required, taxes and customs duties). POSITANERIES reserves the right to make a refund (excluding shipping charges and in addition, where required, taxes and customs duties) of the order instead of the new post, and if there is more to send unclaimed.
  • REFUSED
    Upon delivery, the consumer has rejected the parcel. Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, you will be credited (excluding shipping charges and in addition, where required, tax and customs duty) on your behalf.
